Centre-draining steel cooking plate with char grid (all surplus fat simply drains into the fire)

Plate Hook, which also serves as a poker for the fire

Two nesting fire drums - The lower deep drum is used for longer fire wood in the brazier application. To barbecue, the shallow drum is placed inside and on top of the deeper drum. Small wood, pine cones or a commercial barbecue fuel is then used to create the fire
