The ultimate adjustable prop?

A nominated DAME product at last year's METS, the Swedish-made Propulse is a unique, high-tech range of propellers that allow the owner to fine tune his outboard so that it complements the individual characteristics of his boat.

The four blade propeller is designed to enable the boat owner to adjust the pitch of the blades to achieve the desired rpm on his engine and benefit from getting the best performance together with maximum fuel consumption, economy and excellent handling. The specially designed hub adapter enables a choice of blades to be fitted to match most brands between 30hp and 300hp.

The Propulse propeller also has replaceable blades, which means that should the worst happen and one of the blades is damaged the skipper can change the blade on the spot, not only saving time but also the costs of having the unit repaired or replaced. Propulse is made of a composite material that is stronger but 40% lighter than aluminium and resistant to corrosion. Each hub unit comes with a three year warranty.
